All uniformed and government personnel and their dependents in Guinea, Liberia, Sierra Leone, and the wider West African region.

Other authorized persons include:

• Honourably discharged veterans
• Individuals certified as 100% disabled and/or totally and permanently disabled (TPD)
• Recipients of official awards
• Government personnel stationed in the ECOWAS region or outside the continent

The diplomatic corps, embassies, consulates, NGOs, and bonded stores.

How to gain access:
By presenting an identification card when entering the store, making a payment, or collecting goods and services.
