The Military (MOD), all uniformed and government personnel and their dependents in Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone and the West African region. Other authorized persons, including honorably discharged veterans, certified 100% disabled and/or totally permanently disabled (TPD), recipients of awards, government personnel when stationed in the ECOWAS region and outside of the continent.

Authority to use our facilities is by presentation of an identification card, either when entering the store, paying, or collecting of goods and services.
