Much has changed in the world since this Highland Park release was first distilled at their Orkney distillery 40 years ago, not least the style of their bottles, but this is one whisky that has taken to middle age like a duck to water. Dark, complex and downright delicious, this comes with all the usual decorative flourishes we’ve come to expect from the islanders.
